How does some food taste so good while other food does not? Some pancakes are light, fluffy deliciousness, and others are flat, chewy discs. In this class, you will cook food like a scientist. You’ll make predictions, collect observations, and draw conclusions to see how different techniques and ingredients affect foods we cook. The best part of these science experiments is that you will get to eat the tasty results. You will be able to take what you learn in class home to prepare delicious meals for your family.
