Why do stars twinkle? Is it possible to fall into a black hole? Will the sun ever stop shining? Since the first glimpse of the night sky, humans have been fascinated with the stars, planets, and universe. This course introduces students to the study of astronomy, which includes the life cycle of stars, galaxies, the planets, our solar system, the Milky Way and other galaxies, etc. We will be doing many fun and creative activities in which students discover how these aspects of space function.

This course is instructed by Joel Perez and is scheduled from July 29 to August 2. To learn more about our instructors click here
